Thank you for supporting Liliane Avalos Art. Each order is carefully prepared, packaged, and fulfilled either through my personal studio on Kauaʻi or through trusted print production partners.
At this time, we currently ship within the United States only.
Processing Times
Made-to-Order Products
This includes:
- Art prints
- Greeting cards
- Apparel
Please allow approximately 7–14 business days for production and processing before shipment. Many orders may arrive sooner depending on production schedules and shipping carrier transit times.
Original Artwork & Handmade Works
This includes:
- Original paintings
- Original linocut prints
- Handmade works
- Sculptural artwork
Please allow approximately 7–14 business days for processing and packaging before shipment. Certain larger or framed works may require additional preparation time to ensure safe delivery.
Shipping Carriers & Transit
Orders may ship through USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other available carriers depending on the item size, destination, and fulfillment method.
Please note that transit times to and from Hawaiʻi can occasionally experience delays due to weather conditions, carrier capacity, or other circumstances outside our control.

Signature Confirmation & Insurance
Signature confirmation may be required for higher-value original artwork, framed pieces, or large works to help ensure secure delivery.
Insurance may also be added to select original artwork shipments at the discretion of Liliane Avalos Art.
Made-to-order products such as greeting cards and fine art prints are not shipped with additional insurance coverage.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Liliane Avalos Art is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or significantly delayed, please contact:
within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- your order number
- photographs of the packaging
- photographs of the item
- a brief description of the issue
Each situation will be reviewed carefully so we can help determine the best resolution.
International Shipping
At this time, we currently ship within the United States only. International shipping options may become available in the future as the shop continues to expand.
