Return & Refund Policy
At Liliane Avalos Art, each piece is created and curated with care. Due to the nature of original artwork, handmade goods, and made-to-order art prints and greeting cards, please review the following policy before purchasing.
Returns & Exchanges
Because many items are made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact:
within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- your order number
- photos of the item
- photos of the packaging
- a brief description of the issue
Each situation will be reviewed carefully so we can help resolve the matter appropriately.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund:
- Original artwork
- Commissioned artwork
- Custom or personalized items
- Tattoo deposits
- On-Sale items
- Gift cards
- Digital products
- Made-to-order products (art prints & greeting cards) unless damaged or defective
Due to the handmade nature of linocut prints and original artwork, slight variations, texture differences, deckled edges, or natural imperfections are considered part of the character of the work and are not considered defects.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact info@lilianeavalos.com within 48 hours of delivery so the issue can be reviewed and resolved promptly.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within approximately 5–10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return eligible items within 14 days of delivery under applicable consumer protection laws.
Custom, commissioned, personalized, and made-to-order items remain non-refundable where permitted by law.
